Today she’s a buyers advocate with boutique agency AHA helping her clients find homes and investment properties Australia wide, and co-founder of a property development group.

KATHERINE REED
Before training in classical Feng Shui, Katherine spent two decades in construction, interior design and project management, working alongside homeowners through some of the biggest decisions of their lives. She saw firsthand what happens when a home works for the people in it, and what happens when it doesn't.
Time and again, she watched clients try to make a home fit their life: adjusting, renovating, rearranging, hoping. More often than not, it was a round peg in a square hole. The home looked right. It ticked the boxes. But it was never quite built for them.
That realisation changed everything. Instead of helping people retrofit their life into the wrong home, Katherine made it her mission to find the right one before the contract is ever signed, not the home you'll try to make work, but the home that already does. That's what the Harmoni Home Search is built on.

Dean and Sarah Miller are the husband and wife team behind ProView Building Inspections, a building and pest inspection business serving Bayside, South East Melbourne, and the Mornington Peninsula.
Dean spent nearly 20 years in construction before making the move into building inspections. He's worked across heritage renovations, new builds, and extensions, everything from the ground up. He's been inside the walls, under the floors, and on the tools. When he walks through a property, he's not working from a checklist. He's reading it the way a builder does, because that's exactly what he is.
Sarah runs everything around the inspection. The bookings, the client communication, the follow ups. From your first enquiry to your final question, nothing falls through the cracks.
Together, Dean and Sarah have built ProView on one belief: that buying or building a home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make, and you deserve to go into it with your eyes wide open. Meet the Founder
Hello wonderfuls,
I’m Kaz. For two decades my career has spanned town planning, global sales and project management for aspirational projects and homes across Melbourne, Brisbane, Miami & Athens. I’ve been based in Shanghai, leading an Australian VC backed property technology business, I’ve travelled so much for work airport loud speakers soothed me, until coming home to Melbourne in 2020 and working for tier one residential developers.
I’ve lived and breathed property, but despite this there was a shortfall between what I’d envisaged for myself, my family and the execution. It’s the same gap my friends shared, as we swooned over Instagramable homes, reposted statement saunas, kitchens & designer armchairs, whilst coming home from back-to-back meetings, project control group demands, to hungry children, needy furry friends and floordrobes. The ideal I’ve worked countless late nights for didn’t feel any closer because amongst all the noise, I could not define and maintain what I wanted to come home to.
This year, 2026, I left corporate to curate a portfolio career centred on home - I’m a buyers advocate helping my clients find and secure the right property with a developer’s mindset; I’m the co-founder of a Melbourne residential development group; and I'm the founder of Lumescout.
Lumescout is an entourage, born to bring together the industry’s most devoted professionals to champion you to define your home goals, create the pathway and achieve it.
We dive into design, buildability, finance and even human energetics, giving you real world tips to find the headspace, cheering you on to create an unreservedly heart-led home, grounded in financially astute decisions.
